1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the WealthTrack application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Description of Service
WealthTrack is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Track precious metals holdings (gold, silver, platinum)
- Monitor live spot prices for metals
- Manage personal investment portfolios
- View historical price data and analytics
- Access premium features through a paid subscription
The App uses publicly available market data from third-party APIs and is provided "as-is" for informational purposes only.
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Free Plan
- Limited precious metals tracking
- Limited price updates
- Basic portfolio overview
- Standard features
Premium Plan (Monthly)
- Price: $6.99 AUD per month
- Renewal: Automatically renews each month
- Trial: 7-day free trial (if offered)
- Features: Unlimited holdings, live prices, full analytics, advanced features
Premium Plan (Yearly)
- Price: $59.99 AUD per year
- Renewal: Automatically renews each year
- Trial: 7-day free trial (if offered)
- Features: Same as monthly, with annual savings
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
WealthTrack offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions for Premium access:
How Subscriptions Work
- Free trial begins upon first subscription purchase (7 days, if available)
- After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the current price
- Apple bills your iTunes account at renewal
- Each renewal charges your payment method unless cancelled before the renewal date
Charges & Billing
- Your subscription will be charged to the credit card or payment method associated with your Apple ID
- Charges appear on your iTunes bill
- You will be charged no more than 24 hours before each renewal date
- All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars)
5. Cancellation & Refunds
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Via iPhone/iPad:
- Open Settings
- Tap your Apple ID profile
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Choose "WealthTrack Premium"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Via iTunes.com:
- Log into account.itunes.apple.com
- Click "Account"
- Manage auto-renew settings for "WealthTrack Premium"
Via App Store:
- Open the App Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Choose WealthTrack
- Tap "Cancel"
Cancellation Effective Date
- Cancellation takes effect after your current billing period ends
- You retain access to Premium features until the subscription expires
- No refunds are provided for the unused portion of your current billing period
Refund Policy
- We do not issue refunds for subscriptions, as you retain access through the end of your paid period
- Refund requests must be made directly to Apple (support.apple.com/billing)
- Apple may issue a refund if you contact them within 14 days of the renewal charge
6. Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WealthTrack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and install the App on your iOS device
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access the features you are entitled to based on your subscription plan
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App for commercial purposes or to build competing services
- Sell, rent, lease, or share access to the App
- Use the App on jailbroken or rooted devices
- Attempt to bypass authentication or security mechanisms
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on others' rights or restrict their use of the App. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassing or causing distress to any person
- Offending or insulting others
- Disrupting the flow of normal activity within the App
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
- Using the App to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Scraping, crawling, or automatically harvesting data from the App without permission
- Using the App to collect personal information about others
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
8. Third-Party Services & Data
WealthTrack uses data from third-party APIs and services to provide market information:
- Precious Metals Pricing: Sourced from live market data feeds
- Analytics & Calculations: Processed by our servers
- Payment Processing: Handled by Apple App Store
No Warranty on Data
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market data
- Prices may be delayed or incorrect
- Market data is provided "as-is" for informational purposes only
- Do not rely on WealthTrack data for critical financial decisions
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULL
